SENTENCING: South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court
Two men will appear in court on Wednesday charged with using threatening words or behaviour to cause alarm or distress to two people in Barrow.
Duncan Neil McMillan, 49, and Craig Lynndon Postlethwaite, 50, of Salthouse Road, Barrow, will appear before South Cumbria Magistrates Court.
They are charged with public order offences, in relating to causing harassment, alarm or distress to two people, who believed violence may be used against them, in Barrow on July 21 this year.
It is the pair's first hearing in relation to the matter.
