Preston Crown Court
A MAN is due to face crown court after being accused of sexually assaulting a care home resident.
Dylan Craig Birkett, 21, of Bay View Grove in Barrow, is accused of six charges including sexual activity with a mentally disordered woman, assault and neglect when he worked at a Barrow care home in late 2019.
The defendant is due to appear for a hearing in front of Preston Crown Court today.
