A walkthrough coronavirus testing facility has opened at Sandgate Car Park, Penrith.
The site opened last week with appointments available every day between 8am and 8pm.
A spokesman for Eden Council said: “Testing is available for everyone, with additional support for vulnerable groups and people with disabilities.”
Anyone with symptoms can get a swab test that takes less than a minute.
Tests should be booked as soon as symptoms begin at nhs.uk/coronavirus or by calling 119.
Home test kits can also be ordered by people who cannot get to a test site.
Those tested will need to follow public health measures, including social distancing, not travelling by taxi or public transport, personal hygiene and wearing face masks – this includes travelling to and from the centre.
Guidance on getting to and from the centre is available.
