CAREERS in policing will be the focus of virtual events throughout January and February.
Cumbria Police are encouraging those hoping for a career in policing to join their interactive events.
Recruitment events from Cumbria Police are each focussing on a different aspect of the job in 2021.
Sessions are taking place focussing on equal opportunities in the police force, for black and minority ethnic groups, those with disabilities, the LGBTQ community and for members of various religious groups.
A recruitment event about women in policing is already full and taking place today.
A spokesperson for the force said: "You will have the opportunity to listen to speakers and ask questions. You will also get the opportunity to choose which force you would like to specifically hear from."
