Police are investigating an report of erratic driving.
It happened at about 8.05pm on April 30, on Oak Road, Penrith. A silver Ford Focus was stopped and the driver, a young male, ran away from the vehicle. The vehicle had no insurance, tax or MoT.
Officers are keen to speak anyone who witnessed it.
