TWO lanes on the M6 are how closed by a traffic accident this morning.
The stretch affected is between Junction 36 and 39.
Earlier this morning there was only one lane closed and traffic was reported to be coping well. Since then, however, a second lane has closed and delays can be expected.
Other traffic issues this morning include problems on the A595 between Lillyhall and Bridgefoot where a lorry has broken down.
Traffic controls also remain on the A596 between Lowca Land and Siddick due to ongoing electricity works.
