Cumbrian non-league clubs have learned their first round opponents in the FA Vase.

The draw has just been published, with Penrith, Carlisle City and Cleator Moor Celtic all in the hat.

Carlisle City will host fellow Northern League Division Two outfit Chester-le-Street Town at Gillford Park.

Penrith, meanwhile, have an away tie against North West Counties League Premier side Prestwich Heys.

And Cleator Moor must also travel in the first round proper, having been drawn away to Barton Town from the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.

The ties will be played on Saturday, October 23 with £825 prize money on offer to the winners.

The trio of Cumbrian teams all won their second qualifying round ties on Saturday.

Carlisle City enjoyed an impressive 4-1 victory over Esh Winning, Penrith won 2-1 at Northallerton and Cleator Moor overcame Harrogate Railway 3-2.

In south Cumbria, meanwhile, Holker Old Boys will host Skelmersdale Town.
