A TWENTY-two-year-old Workington man has been accused of breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Reece Weaver, of John Street, did not enter a plea to the two allegations he faces when he appeared before magistrates in Workington.
The first charge states that on or before December 18 last year the defendant had a mobile phone, capable of accessing the internet, in breach of an order made by a court in April, 2017.
The second alleged breach is that he "hindered" police in their attempts to locate the prohibited phone when required to do so. Magistrates sent the case to Carlisle Crown Court for a hearing on February 21.
In the meantime, the defendant was granted bail.
