An event bringing representatives from several charities and organisations will happen this month.
Yewdale Community Centre in Carlisle will be the venue for the free-to-attend ‘harvest’ event on April 29 from 1pm to 3.30pm.
“Harvest events take place in other areas of the city and bring together a variety of support organisations that can offer advice and help in many aspects of life,” a spokesperson from the community centre wrote on social media.
Representatives from Early Help, Focus Families, Carlisle Eden Mind, Age UK, Cumbria Constabulary, Benefits Advice, Riverside Housing, Energy Support, Carlisle United, and more will feature.
There will also be a variety of free items from Tesco, including summer school uniforms and household products.
